He envisions a future in which Agam enables major energy gains while reducing or eliminating the need for fossil fuel.

Agam Greenhouse Energy Systems was founded in 2009 by Dr. Gad Assaf (CTO, 1934-2022) and Col. (Ret.) Moshe Maroko, two-time winner of the Israel Defense award (a feat rarely achieved).
Agam is a developer, manufacturer, and seller of innovative systems for saving energy, temperature control, dehumidification, and air filtration.
The systems are highly environmentally friendly, supplying solutions for agriculture, industry and recreation, including greenhouses, shopping malls, swimming pools, and spas.
Agam’s Greenhouse Energy Systems provides innovative heating/cooling and dehumidification machine for greenhouses, offering both energy savings (up to 60 percent!), reduce humidity and improved crop quality.
We have sold hundreds of units all over the world including in North America and are looking for more customers.
Agam Energy offers multiple energy saving technologies, primarily in climate control and engines/turbines. Agam’s technology uses a hygroscopic solution and between condensers based systems. The main differences about the air cleaning and humidity reduction is that Agam’s technology not only reduces the humidity by absorbing the humidity almost with no electricity! but also actively cleans the air by blowing the air through a matrix of desiccant filled elements where the fungus, molds, etc. dry and get eliminated.

It’s still in R&D, but a case study for a customer of Agam Energy will likely show the following:
- Turbine/s price 12,000,000 USD
- From waste steam at 125 Celsius 160 ton/hour
- Turbine produces 12,500 kW/hour
- 12,500*8000 hours*0.06 cent = 6 million USD/Year
What do you envision your industry looking like in ten years?
The need for power plants/electricity etc. will increase dramatically because of the rapid growth of data centers. Supply time for big power plants is between 5-8 years so the need for medium size power plant will increase. The best source for energy is by using waste heat. We see the potential for huge growth, and aim to supply that energy in a cost-effective, environmentally friendly way.
